More Than Family Photos
My career as a photographer started in family portraits. I moved them aside for weddings, and now, a mom especially, I’ve been feeling led back to them: slowly, intentionally, and with the signature editorial-meets-organic vibe that my clients have come to expect over the years.
They’re more than just “family photos”. I offer an experience that allows you to connect with your family at home, a slow afternoon of deep connection and beautiful art, in a world where everyone is often heading in several different directions.
My focus is on families at home: in their space, with their pets, on their couch, in their yard or property, and in the clothes they wear every day.
The Every Day is Everything
Working with me is a completely personalized experience. There is no “one size fits all” approach that I offer. It’s up to you. Your dog is welcome - so are your chickens! We’ll mostly be indoors but we can venture outside to capture your every day just outside your door. The ideas are worked out prior to our session, and then on photoshoot day, we have a loose structure, and within let the magic unfold.
We’ll be intentional and thoughtful, going as slowly as we need, taking our time to change from pajamas to princess dress to overalls. Maybe you’ll need to stop to nurse the baby, or we’ll end our session with dad whipping up his signature blueberry pancakes for dinner. Should we sit on the porch? Jump in the pool or light a fire? Whatever you’d like. Part of the process of working with me is finding and capturing the magic of your everyday lives and being able to intentionally connect with your family in the place you feel safest.
In the years to come, the small everyday moments will mean the world to you.

01 The Signature Session
For a birthday, a pregnancy, or just to bond with your family and photograph some memories. This collection includes a photo shoot with me at home to capture your family as it is today.
Included: a digital archive of your images, 4x6 proofs of your images, a pre-session consultation to dream up your ideal family session, a print credit for heirlooms, and a post-session consultation for buying and ordering prints, wall art, and albums.

02 A Pair of Signature Sessions
For families committing to two Signature Sessions within 365 days of each other. This collection was designed with pregnancy + newborn or newborn + first birthdays in mind, though you are certainly not limited to those.
These sessions include everything listed in the Signature Session, times two.
